I found "A Swingin' Summer" on a site that purports to host nothing but PD films. This 1965 beach party movie "introduces" Raquel Welch, and has performances by the Righteous Brothers and Gary Lewis & the Playboys.

A rather blurry notice in the opening credits appears to read "(c
24) Copyright MCMLXV Reno-Carell XTC Productions Inc. All rights reserved."

Can anyone confirm/deny its PD status?

A valid notice on a 1965 film means it's still under copyright, sorry.
